Nail Application & Sizing Instructions

Both our full sets and our accent nail sets come in 4 universal sizes: XSmall, Small, Medium, and Large/XL. In order to determine which size will best fit your nail beds, please use the sizing guide below. Remember to measure your nail beds, from side wall to side wall, using millimeters.

Please utilize our nail application guide below to ensure a long lasting Fierce Full Set application:

1. CUSTOMIZATION: Measure each press-on nail up to your corresponding nail bed. If the press-on nail is a little wide, file it to better fit your nail bed. After you have done this with each press-on nail, you are ready for the prep phase.

2. PREP: If your natural nails are not prepped for the press-ons, then they will not adhere properly. To prep your natural nails, make sure your hands and nails are clean. Then use a cuticle stick to push back your cuticles. If you feel it is necessary, you may also trim your cuticles. This step is optional. Next, use a nail file to gently file the surface of your natural nails. Lastly, use either an alcohol pad or acetone to clean the nail surface of any filing dust, oil, and dirt. You may also want to gently etch the underside of each press-on with a nail file to help the glue adhere better. 

3. APPLICATION: One nail at a time, apply 1-2 drops of a quality nail glue onto both your natural nail and the underside of the press-on nail. Position the press-on nail on top of your nail natural and press down firmly to ensure the glue spreads evenly and to prevent any air bubbles. Press firmly for at least 20 seconds. If you notice any glue seeping out from the sides or bottom, quickly wipe the excess glue away with rubbing alcohol/alcohol prep pad. Repeat this step to apply all 10 nails.  

A proper application will enable you to slay for approximately 2 weeks. FYI: How long your application lasts, differs from person to person, depending upon application technique, whether you submerge your nails in water more frequently (handwashing dishes, working as a hairdresser, etc.), and how frequently you apply direct pressure to the nails (weight lifting, typing, etc.)

If you opt for short-term application using our adhesive nail tabs: follow steps 1 & 2. Then for Step 3: remove the appropriate size adhesive tab from the sheet and apply it to the underside of the press-on nail. Press firmly. Use the extender to remove the plastic protective layer from the adhesive and then position the press-on nail on top of your natural nail. Press firmly for 10 seconds. Repeat for all 10 nails. Now you are ready for short-term use!  When your day is done, gently remove the press-on nails and place them back into their original packaging so that they are ready to be worn again. 

 To remove nails that have been glued on (that you intend to reuse): Simply soak your fingers in a mixture of oil and warm water for 15-20 minutes and the glue will loosen. You can then remove the nails and place the nails are on a paper towel to dry. Once the nails are dry, use an alcohol wipe to remove any oil residue before storing them in your Fierce Full Set packaging.
